Tapestry of Life Cadences written by Prabhupad Mishra. This book is a combination of prose and poetry.


The book has a gorgeous cover and it is very calming to look at. All these poems and tales are filled with real emotions.

The author has penned down the words with lots of feeling and emotion which he felt and faced inside himself. I like the way how he explains and portrays life's small happiness and beauty, it is so heart touching. The one thing which I notice in this book is the author has explained all his small to big emotions in life on very realistic and contemporary writing with some poetic touch into it.

The poems are so well rhyming which is really so sweet and also surprises me a lot. I like the tale Kali a lot as it talks something with some deep meaning. The poem called princess is my favourite one as it is written for a princess daughter and it somehow connected me personally with my childhood.  This book also has few pages in the Hindi language as well.

This will be the good afternoon read and very good refreshing read. I like the book.

 H ow did my book-reading journey started When I was a little girl I used to see lots of regional books filled the entire shelf of my dad's room. He is very generous and will always allow me to touch those books but I was not allowed with the pen or pencil into that room. Of course due to some damage control preservation. Whenever I enter that room the old book presented in that room will give me a warm hug through its dedicated book smell. So whenever I entered that room I used to sniff those book's wonderful smell and will open those books and there I could find the coffee-stained color inner pages. Tales of Unstoppable Women written by Dr Urmi Thakker . The idea of creating such a book is really appreciatable. The cover looks very impressive and the images given inside the book too. About the book: This book is not a fiction or regular storybook. This book is a collection of short stories and that too not a fiction one its about the women who struggled but succeeded in their life and fulfilled their dreams. The book has the total number of seven stories and each story are about fifteen to twenty pages. The story covers the women and her life from different levels and how she fulfilled the dreams.
