Trauma Bonds: How a Woman's Insight Into "Escaping Her Invisible Prisons" Sets Her Free written by Alexis Taiwo. This is the story that was from the true events.

The book starts with the struggles and abuse of Emily who is a woman in her early forty's and was abused by her husband Damon on an everyday basis. The book starts with Emily's childhood and how she was influenced in her childhood that she should accept the abuse and the part of the women's lives everyday. 
Even at the age of six she even got into sexual abuse by her uncle. So the story moves and gives us all sorts of struggles she faces. The author has given us the free book inside the book which is also about abuse.

The author has given the details about abuse and its legal action everything on detail at the beginning of the book so it will be very useful for the women who really wanted to know if there is any way to overcome their issues. The book does just not speak about the problems alone it also gives a solution that is realistic and working. The language is very simple and easy for reading.

 H ow did my book-reading journey started When I was a little girl I used to see lots of regional books filled the entire shelf of my dad's room. He is very generous and will always allow me to touch those books but I was not allowed with the pen or pencil into that room. Of course due to some damage control preservation. Whenever I enter that room the old book presented in that room will give me a warm hug through its dedicated book smell. So whenever I entered that room I used to sniff those book's wonderful smell and will open those books and there I could find the coffee-stained color inner pages. Tales of Unstoppable Women written by Dr Urmi Thakker . The idea of creating such a book is really appreciatable. The cover looks very impressive and the images given inside the book too. About the book: This book is not a fiction or regular storybook. This book is a collection of short stories and that too not a fiction one its about the women who struggled but succeeded in their life and fulfilled their dreams. The book has the total number of seven stories and each story are about fifteen to twenty pages. The story covers the women and her life from different levels and how she fulfilled the dreams.
