All He Left Me Was a Recipe written by Shenaz Treasury. This book can be tagged as a fiction and non-fiction mixed genre.  The title of the book is fair enough for me to choose this book and give it a try.  Also, I love the cover image because it has the author's image surrounded by the healing hearts which makes a lot of sense and reciprocates well with the book's inner content. The cover image gives a vintage vibe with its font and color choices, it soothes me whenever I look at it . The book has a beautiful story and it is so hard to provide the story's outline without breaking its suspense and inner vibe but let me try that. The main protagonist of this story is Kordelia Silverheart a cupid (Yes you have read it right). Kordelia is the daughter of  Aphrodite and Ares and her job is creating love since she is a cupid. This time her new task/ mission is to find a love for Dr. Peter. Peter is also a protagonist of this story and he is against love due to his bitter and bad experiences he hates love and even hates to love. So in order to find him a love she goes to the masquerade ball and there both Kordelia and Peter meet each other after this, the story starts its twist ...
